Ordered a Bacon toasty with cheese , but no cheese was on also wasn’t cut in half which was odd , and ordered cheesy chips, and they arrived cold & the cheese was melted on but it was set hard ? Arrived like a slab of concrete. Couldn’t get a chip out of box without it disintegrating, awful food

I used to order from this place regularly and absolutely loved a sausage & bacon toastie - unfortunately they’ve decided to change the sausages and they’re absolutely foul now, really disappointing🥲

I ordered chicken soup for 4.50 and it was just half a tin of soup poured into a plastic tray. breakfast binlid was full of burnt food as well. won't use again.

worst English breakfast I have ever tasted my mother got a bacon on toast and the toast was still like bread almost £17 pounds gone down the drain was cold and the mushrooms were swimming in fat the sausage was burnt and the cheapest meat with grizzly bits the bacon was white and horrible didn't even eat it oh an my 1 peace of toast with my English breakfast was tbw crust and drenched in cheap margarine i have the pictures of what I received
