Order arrived 54 mins late. Food cold congealed with very little sauce.

i had to go and collect it because my food was there for an hour and no driver went to pick it up. i collected it then the delivery driver called me an hour later and asked for the code. said i wasn’t giving it and i want a refund. this is unacceptable. i paid for my food to be delivered and i had to go and collect it because no one went to pick it up. i didn’t give the code and the drive drove to my address to make it look like he delivered it.

food was absoloutly delicious. I ordered the meal for 1, the pasta pot was a decent size, all my food was hot, made fresh, I really enjoyed it and will definitely be ordering again in the future. the only negative I have is they forgot my drink but otherwise 10/10

Terrible, pasta so overcooked it had turned to porridged mush
