Unreal - no delivery no calls from the restaurant seems like just eat customer service hardly exists not sure why you can’t have a direct online chat line for your customers like normal companies

We ordered a fully vegan meal & sassy salad, arrived covered in Parmesan cheese which isn’t even vegetarian. Called to hope to resolve it and they couldn’t even tell me what was on my salad. Very disappointing and dangerous
