Pasta was ok but slow cooked bolognaise was horrible, no sauce at all just anemic mincemeat underneath the pasta

I’m happy I received my pasta and chips but in the order was a dessert included for the meal for one. That was mostly the reasons for ordering this/ I’m not happy I didn’t get my dessert .

Refused delivery as after 2.5 hours of waiting we had found elsewhere. Raised a ticket for a refund an hour before delivery was attempted and so far no refund given. We will not be using just eat again and will be doing a chargeback.
