I ordered the bagel for my wife, and she has told me as I woke up that the bagel was not nice it was also warm and soggy and had little to no crème cheese, I was upset to hear that actually

Hi Ahmed, Really sorry to hear that. We been toasting your bagel as it's says to, the cream must've melted .Please, come by to get one as replacement .Again, sorry to disappoint and pls give us a chance to replace it.

delivery was exactly on time and was still warm. Only fault I have is that the smoked salmon was toasted, I would've preferred an option on that, it made it cooked and dry. Otherwise excellent and would order again.
