The food was too cold and too late and I had to send someone to pick up

The food was not delivered. No driver turned up. After almost 2hrs of waiting, the restaurant called me 3 times & asked me to collect it myself. After I collected it the delivery driver arrived at the restaurant (2hrs after the order was placed) & called me saying it wasn’t fair that he didn’t get paid & asked for my 4 digit number. This is shocking service & behaviour from your service & driver. The food was cold & dry. I haven’t received the delivery or the food. Full refund requested
