Place has gone downhill. They started with premium products and ice creams and are now pedalling any old basic bases with flavour accents (biscoff crumbs in vanilla ice cream etc). Given benefit of the doubt previously but won’t be ordering again

On time but the delivery code wasn’t working and food was cold even tho we ordered HOT cookie dough

They got the order all wrong. Wrong cookies and also incorrect number of cookies. When we called they just said they had substituted them. But they could have called and asked instead as we didn't want those cookies.
