Great service and really tasty food! Got a call from the restaurant to say some items i ordered were not available so went through other options. When the order arrived i was surprised to find two cookies as way of an apology for the inconvenience for not having the items I originally wanted. Nice touch! Thanks cookies and cone will be ordering again!

I asked for normal chocolate ice cream and got it with some hard chocolate, I didn’t enjoy my cookie dough because i asked for a salted caramel and I got chocolate on there instead

Ice cream was good as always. Two of the toppings on the order were not available, which would not have been a problem if I wasn't promised freebies by the restaurant that didn't arrive when they called to inform me about the missing toppings

Really great customer service as they called straight away to tell me one item had sold out and were really friendly and helpful. All the bits we bought were delicious as normal!

The food was lovely and the staff were also lovely, only problem was they replaced a vegan cookie for a non vegan cookie which could have been fatal if I hadn't seen the note at the bottom of the bag seeing as the vegan ones were for children with severe dairy allergies, however she did try calling so I can't really grumble it just would have been nice to have not received a full dairy cookie for someone with severe allergies

Only received 1 cookie cup when 2 were ordered

Order was short by 2 items, Cookies and Cones say it was packed but it didn’t arrive!?
