old bread roll that was dry and falling apart. and sausages are burnt. I order from here a lot and never seen a sausage sandwich as bad

The shop said it's not there fault delivery was late but once they knew I should have been called to tell me. Waited 1 1/2 for a couple bits of food. Shop literally said we make everything up instantly and it's up to someone to turn up for it and if it takes ages then it takes ages
