I had a phone call from them to say they had no Danish bun left so they’d give me a pack of yum yums but wouldn’t charge me more as it wasn’t my fault. Very nice I thought but the failed to send me the hot chocolate I’d ordered and paid for so I guess they did get their extra after all 🙄
