Steak wrap was lovely!! A lovely girl rang me to let me know the drink I had ordered wasn't available, offered me a different one,when order came no drink,I'd order again ,small mistake x

Godawful food, ordered Canadian breakfast. Missing fruit. The smallest portion

Dear Customer, Hello, My name is Susan and I'm the owner of the Core Swiss Cottage. We have only been trading for 3 weeks and teething issues are unavoidable but is still no excuse and for this mistake I personally apologise. If you had contacted us directly instead of giving a new family owned and run business a bad review we would have addressed the issue immediately in order to satisfy your complaint. On follow up our chef (trained at Michelin star restaurant) recalls placing the fruit in the bag so what happened in transit will remain a mystery. If you have the time please pop in and make yourself known to management and we would be happy to give you a meal free on the house. Hope to see you soon. Sue
