No contact attempts made for alternatives. My mums full order hasn’t arrived as a result so we are having to order elsewhere. Extremely poor service

Wednesday 23 October 2024Driver went to the wrong address and was rude. Hung up on me when trying to explain he was at the wrong side of town.
He then told me he can only travel 1 mile & not any further, I told him that he shouldn't take his anger out on me. Awful driver.

Until this requirement is lifted, products in Costa Coffee stores that use free range eggs will contain barn eggs. All other welfare standards are maintained.
