Ordered at 2.15pm kept getting delayed and didn’t arrive until 4.15pm. Food arrive freezing cold and tasted awful

Awful. Drive turned up with the package basically upside down. Coffee EVERYWHERE. All over my floor as he held the bag over the door frame. All over the food. And obviously most of the coffee gone. Fuming!

Ordered a wrap and hot chocolate as I was hungry and a colleague asked for a toastie and drink. The wrap (the whole reason for the order!) wasn’t delivered and I then had to order again. All this after paying a tip!!!!!

The food was completely uncooked. Toasties ans mac n cheese delivered straight from their fridge! It’s really hard trying to heat up a pre packed toasted sandwich when you have no grill, hob or oven!! Refund requested.
