Order was wrong no cream on either order sent Black Forest hot chocolate which was cold and not a full cup instead of Black Forest frappe as ordered. Brownie frappe was awful no cream or sprinkles !!! This is not the 1st time hot chocolate been sent instead of frappe

None of my food was delivered. Only a latte and they have refunded me short. They only gave me my latte but missed all the food. The latte was £4.85. My refund is short by approximately £4.50. I think I’m still paying for additionals I.e. delivery fee or something. They gave me none of the food so one latte has cost me approximately £9.50.

Regular customer finally pushed to leave a review. We've had notes written on the bags to say coffee is bad for your health, large coffees ordered and literally half cups delivered. If its a game its not funny, if it happens again will report to head office, jokes on you.
