did not receive order after waiting over an hour, got messages from courier saying it wasn't on the system. then the chat was frozen and the order was somehow marked as delivered. we haven't received anything and relying on automated app options to try and get a refund. absolute joke.

we ordered 3 hot chocolates. 1 was completely spilled over and ruined. Another one didn't have the lid on and has lost a quarter of it's contents. I'm not sure if it's the driver or the packer at the store that didn't correctly prepare this order but will not be ordering again any time soon
