when I received my order it was tipped on its side with half of the contents in the bag, all covered in frappè, I wasn't happy with it at all.

Delivery guy sat outside my house for 7 minutes on his phone, before turning around on my drive and driving off, ringing me to ask where I am? By the time he’d turned back round and onto my street, my food was cold. Coffee was fine as it was iced but the driver didn’t even bother to get out of the car.

Free Range Eggs Due to the recent bird flu outbreak, it is a legal requirement for free range hens to be temporarily kept indoors for their welfare. Until this requirement is lifted, products in Costa Coffee stores that use free range eggs will contain barn eggs. All other welfare standards are maintained. Please note that bird flu does not pose a food safety risk.
