Order was very late. The toast was not even heated and the carrot cake was just thrown in a paper bag and we received it squished which is expected as who is in his mind to through a slice of cake in a paper bag. Horrible experience and abysmal service

The water melon refresher drink was missing & so was the coke drink, the quality was below standard to what Costa usaully is. Very disappointing!.

Free Range Eggs Due to the recent bird flu outbreak, it is a legal requirement for free range hens to be temporarily kept indoors for their welfare. Until this requirement is lifted, products in Costa Coffee stores that use free range eggs will contain barn eggs. All other welfare standards are maintained. Please note that bird flu does not pose a food safety risk.
