As a regular to both langney and Eastbourne I prefer to have my croissant warmed up with butter today I recieved a poor service croissant wasn’t heated up with any butters

Coffee was cold , hot chocolate tasted rubbish, wasn’t hot at all, plus they filled it right to the brim so when trying to take the lid off so I could remove the rubbish bit of plastic they stuck underneath it went everywhere ! They gave me two marshmallows in a pot ???! TWO 😂 and to top it off the toasties were soggy and also cold
