I didn't receive what I ordered. Moreover the restaurant didn't even bother to call me to ask if I would like a replacement. They just pack a bunch of stuff that I did not request. I have learned my lesson and never ever order from Costa star city again.

Food that was supposed to be hot was cold, I ordered a cortado and got a flat white, both drinks I ordered with soya milk but you burnt the milk so it’s not drinkable. Learn to use soya milk please. Also add more vegan food as it makes it hard to order for everyone in my house especially as vegan options always unavailable. I used to love Costa but if this keeps happening I won’t be using it any longer.

Costa - Star City was unsure how the drinks would arrive to us but they all arrive brilliant no spills down the side of the cups LOL. Happy with the service and will be ordering from them again. we tried the Frostino for the first time very nice indeed

I ordered two Salted Caramel Frostino with cream only they arrived without cream. it tasted completely different and is different to what I ordered and expected so not really happy about it as why allow the option for cream if it was going to come without. It was drinkable but I just didn’t enjoy it as I would of liked to as it was missing the cream. It’s a rare treat when I choose to indulge my self so was quite disappointed as I was looking forwards to my odder but it ended up tasting completely different. Normally I odder from star bucks without issue as i remember wanting to odder once before from here and I never saw the option for cream before but my hub was like no they have the option now so I ordered from here. But it arrived without cream thou it had the option so I was confused definitely ruined the drink for me to be honest was disappointed.

The only adverse comment I would make is this: - The drink could have been hotter. Otherwise, everything was fine. I intend ordering again but would have to think twice about ordering a hot drink in future.

I don’t expect to pay for a TOASTIE and it arrives stone cold ... absolutely disgusting. Does anyone have any kind of common sense ? I live 4 mins away literally my food should not be cold. If I wanted cold food I would have ordered a cold sandwich. Stop making people’s orders 30 mins before the driver even gets there, absolutely joke.
