Saturday 14 December 2024Dreadful. Frappe was knocked over in the bag and all of it was spilt in the bag over the food. Other costas put a seal over the lid to stop this happening but this shop didn’t. Toastie was stone cold and I had to put in air fryer to recook it. Ordered breakfast wrap and was sent stone cold sausage bap instead.. I put in a complaint and re ordered everything from another local Costa via another food delivery service.

Friday 01 November 2024Driver was quite rude and asked me to walk to him, food and drink were ok but drink was mostly whipped cream and not much frappe

Free Range Eggs
Due to the recent bird flu outbreak, it is a legal requirement for free range hens to be temporarily kept indoors for their welfare.
Until this requirement is lifted, products in Costa Coffee stores that use free range eggs will contain barn eggs. All other welfare standards are maintained.
Please note that bird flu does not pose a food safety risk.
