Food is really good however they never prepare their frappes right . I’ve gone there lots of times and had frappes incorrectly made . They make them far too strong and not sweet enough it’s like drinking an iced triple expresso. Had to get them refunded the last couple times . Also if they don’t have stuff you have ordered they never call to let you know they just don’t include it or an alternative. It’s a shame this place is so close to me but I will never order from them until it improves

Why not call the customers when you dont have the stock and i can then change it? What is wrong with everyone simple instructions and i put it there on notes

How do you not understand what extra latte is and if you don’t have something in stock why is it hard to call the customer and tell them? Do they want to change anything else? Sometimes Just Eat does not submit the refunds they don’t trust the customers.
