Thursday 16 January 2025The man delivering my order was so rude. He phoned me because he couldn’t find the address but when I spoke to him he was shouting at me saying he was at the address but he wasn’t. I’m really not happy with the way I was treated. I told him that he was very rude but he replied by shouting at me that he couldn’t find the address. If he only listened to be instead of speaking over me it would have been easier for him.

We're very sorry to hear that your order was not received. We have confirmed that it left our store with a driver but as we do not hire the drivers ourselves we cannot see what happened here afterwards. However, you can raise this via Just Eat customer service. Additionally, to claim for a refund please go to the order details screen and select I’m unhappy with my order (you will need to be logged in to access this page), from here you will be able to complete a claim for a refund.

Friday 26 July 2024coffee was nice and full and up to its usual geat standard. No sugar which is really annoying. The pastry was stale and the shwarma lacked content(havnt tried it yet though). so overall poor value for money.
