Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are going to raise this with our digital team as your order is showing as placed at 10:39 am rather than due at, which may explain why there was an unnecessary delay. We apologise that this means your order did not reach you in the best condition. We sometimes find the microfoam dissolves into the coffee in transit so the drink may not match the in-store quality. Unfortunately, any undue wait times will have exacerbated this and for this, we apologise. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.
