Hi Rumina, we really sorry about the poor standard of drink you received. Cappuccinos do lose some of their volume when travelling but it seems as though on this occasion, the barista may have overfrothed the milk resulting in a drink that was underfilled. Your feedback will be passed along to our team, and we hope that you give us another chance in the future as this is not the standard we aim to set.

Free Range Eggs
Due to the recent bird flu outbreak, it is a legal requirement for free range hens to be temporarily kept indoors for their welfare.
Until this requirement is lifted, products in Costa Coffee stores that use free range eggs will contain barn eggs. All other welfare standards are maintained.
Please note that bird flu does not pose a food safety risk.
