Driver was insulting us at door

One part of the order, egg, mushroom & spinach bap was completely wrong and had been replace with vegan bacon. There no contact from the restaurant to ask if this was acceptable, vegan bacon is vile and inedible even our dogs turned their noses up at it. Second part of the order was a pork sausage bap, the sausages were ok but the top half of the bap was either stale or severely over cooked in a microwave as it was too hard to eat. On a positive note the coffee was ok. On the whole we bought two items of food and two coffees but only one food item could be eaten. Extremely disappointed.

Great Driver. Might be good to have the option to tip the drivers like Uber has on the app as most people have no cash. He really deserved a tip today for the windy conditions he delivered in.

I have now bought through just eat on multiple times, 3 of those times I have had an item missing or complete order not arrived and they have not offered a refund, I think that's known as daylight robbery!!! Not happy

It was on time, but was left on my doorstep and I had had a notification to say the driver was on the way. I kept a look out but either couldn't see them or missed them. And if they knocked, they didn't knock loud enough. My food and coffee was semi warm. Very annoyed that they just left it at the door step and just left. No contact made to me whatever 😒

Really disappointed in Costa to be honest.. both of my children's salted caramel frostino drinks were lumpy and they smelt stale, you could clearly tell that the milk and cream they had used was no good.
