Never arrived. Do yourself a favour don’t use Just Eat

We apologise for the issue with Just Eat delivering your order. Unfortunately, we do not hire the drivers ourselves so we can't help in rectifying their behaviour. However, you can raise this via Just Eat customer service. Additionally, to claim for a refund please go to the order details screen and select I’m unhappy with my order (you will need to be logged in to access this page), from here you will be able to complete a claim for a refund.

spent 15 minutes in totally the wrong place, then drove in the wrong direction. when eventually got to my house he tried to walk away with my order saying he was at wrong place.
