Hi Christine, we're very concerned to hear this. We have checked with the in-store team who have confirmed that your order was made and sent with a driver in line with our usual process. We do not employ the drivers directly so we cannot track what has occurred after the order has left the store. You can, however, raise this directly with Just Eat customer service. You can also claim for a refund by going to the order details screen and selecting I’m unhappy with my order (you will need to be logged in to access this page), from here you will be able to complete a claim for a refund.
