I placed my order at 12:16 and it didn’t turn up until well over an hour later at 1:41pm. My toastie I orders was stone cold and I had to reheat it myself which ruined the sandwich. It’s clear it had been made when I placed the order and just left on the side until someone could pick it up because my drink was also melted as well and it’s a cold drink. I know it’s Christmas weekend but I should get what I ordered the way I ordered it.
