Our food is cold, our hot drinks are cold, and we don’t have the croissant we order. We want another delivery of everything again, free of charge.

hot chocolates spilt everywhere, lids clearly not attached to the cups properly. Nothing left to drink and all cakes were rendered inedible. Not driver's fault, packing by cafe staff at fault. Waste of money. Would rate 0 stars if possible, and seeking refund from Just Eat.

Ordered as a treat for my elderly disabled housebound mother. Coffee was stone cold. Toastie was cold, rock hard and inedible. Very disappointed and annoyed
