Order was wrong and cold
Cottingley Diner replied
Having checked the CCTV we can confirm that you were sent an English breakfast with 2 hashbrowns as ordered. The just eat driver (not employed by us) took your food as soon as it was cooked so it should have still been warm when it reached you so long as the driver kept it in their thermal bag. We are sorry you were not satisfied and hope you order again to allow us to show you how fantastic our food is.
