  • Texas style oak smoked pulled Pork

    This full shoulder is trimmed in house and smoked using traditional texas style methods to produce a pulled pork with a smokey flavour. Included in with the pulled pork are a side of fries, in house made sauces and pickles

  • Pork Belly burnt ends

    Pork belly cubes that have been smoked for over 6 hours then sauced until the they are soft. Often referred to as "pork candy" as they are both sweet and savoury. Includes a scoop of fries, Pickles, our in house sauces carolina gold and Blueberry hot sauce and a brioche bap

Easily the best BBQ food I’ve had outside of the states. The brisket was tender and juicy and the Nashville tenders were next level! Will definetly order again.

2 hours waiting for food to arrive. Freezing cold. Meat bone dry. Cauliflower wings soggy. Chips like they have been sat for hours. Sent wrong sauces and everything. Seriously avoid this place at all costs. £40 down the drain

The best thing about my order was the coke. Mac and cheese was like powder. No Seasoning on the chicken, or either of the fries. Cheese sauce was also like powder. Big build up for a let down. Don't know what I spent my money on? Food needed reheated
