They ran out of red velvet cake and replaced it with a rainbow cake and upgraded my shake to a large and left a note.

Ordered the nachos and got enough cheese sauce for half a nacho and 3 small slices of jalapeño. And it was supposed to be a share box. Tiny slice of cake for the price. Would NOT recommend and never ordering again.

Ordered two items - a crepe, and a vegan crepe. No contact from Creams to inform me that they didn’t have the vegan crepe. Delivery took an hour and 20 minutes, and there was a handwritten “out of” next to vegan crepe on receipt. No mention of a refund. The crepe that was delivered was cold, and very small. Shocking service.
