Tuesday 19 November 2024it was really bad delivery the food was soggy and the glass jar was broken so opulent eat the cake that was inside I will never order from here again

Hi Eilidh, your delivery was the last one for the day and nearly 2hrs before closing time , I’m very surprised to hear your Waffle was soggy as it left as soon as it was made, we have delivery insulation box’s to keep warm in transit ,we have had many deliveries even further away and never have had any issues, on the note of the mason jar been broken I highly doubt that again we have cold transit boxes for safe transport Mason Jars.

Recently opened family run business. Culminating in over 30 years of experience in the food industry, Crumble is proud to bring customers so much more than just delicious sweet treats - everything from Milkshakes, Waffles, Waffle Dog Sticks to Crepes and Ice Cream. We also have plenty of tasty savoury menu items including Nachos, Hot Dogs, Panini’s, Sandwiches and have new menu items being added all the time.
