Hello Satvir, We are sad to hear you’ve had an unpleasant experience with your delivery. We have looked into your issue and it turns out once your order had been prepared, the driver had left the premises and drove off once he was asked to bring in his delivery bag before collecting the food. For your safety and ours, we only release orders to drivers with a delivery bag - the driver driving off is unfortunately out of our control as this is an external platform. You then came into store and refused to take your order, which was already prepared and asked for us to cancel the order from our end which is against our policy. We take pride in our customer service and our reviews thus far have been great amongst the community.
