The food was great but the delivery time was dreadful was over and hour late food was piping hot when it arrived and I was also given an apology for food being late

Before placing the order at 1945 the delivery time was 20-35 min which is the reason I chose the restaurant. Once I placed the order it changed to 55-75 min. The food didn't arrive for 85 min! Upon arrival the pizza was stone cold, burger buns were so soggy they had squashed flat under their own weight and all of the cheese had melted into the box. We left most of the food. What a waste of £33. One of the worst takeaways I've had.

Hi Glen last night we were very busy that’s why we extended the time ,also the food was sent out immediately after being cooked and we confirmed with the driver that the food was not cold as you mentioned.Also we don’t use cheese for the burgers but cheese sauce so it is melted.We always make sure to provide the best for our costumers .Yes we apologise about the waiting time but was a Friday night and we were very busy inside and with takeaways.Thank you!
