The website says that it was delivered but I never received it. How can they say it was delivered, are they not required to get the code from me at delivery? But they never came so how did they tick that it was delivered when it was not?

Ordered a small pizza. Took one hour 20 minutes. Freezing cold. Delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell just left it on the doorstep. Genuinely the worst pizza order I've ever had. Not even edible, threw it all away.
