Waited over 21/2 hours for an order for x1 pizza and x2 fries. Too many excuses and refused to refund or accept cancellation of order. First phonecall, was told it was ready and about to leave the shop, still waiting over 20 mins later. Inefficient service, rude, unhelpful staff. If you can't fulfill the order as stated, then don't accept or take the money. Absolutely shocking service, will never order or recommend. Stay well away from Derwentside Pizza.

So late. Over an hour had to ring up to be told it was on the way. it was another half an hour and it was delivered cold. Really gone down hill

Food was late and was wrong. Rang shop and they offered to replace but had to wait further for it to be redelivered. Yes they gave us a bottle of pop but it was already far too late. not the first time either.

Waited nearly 2 hours and the food was freezing. I also couldn’t get through to call them as it just kept going to voicemail.

Derwentside Pizza is a takeaway located on Front Street in Consett, Co. Durham. Pizza and Italian dishes are available for collection or delivery to your home or work when you order with Just Eat. Take a look over the extensive menu for Pizzas, Garlic Bread, Burgers, Kebabs, Wraps, Mexican dishes and plenty more. Order with a selection of sides and extras and if you've still got room then there's plenty of desserts to treat yourself!
