Sunday 15 September 2024We usually love fireaway. Last night let themselves down. Pizza weren’t as good as usual. Potato wedges were like they had only been boiled. Cans of Coke were warm.

Thursday 11 July 2024This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed by fireaway. It will be the last time we ever order. Very unimpressed with pizza arriving after an hour. The pizza itself was very poor. Not worth the money paid by far. A frozen pizza from Tescos would have been better. Clearly a very poorly managed establishment. I will also post this on Google. It’s not fair for people to spend their hard earned money on something so abysmal. If I could give it zero stars I would. I want my money back.

Tuesday 02 July 2024Food turned up over 20 mins late and was barely even warm. Just eat tracker went from “order received” to “enjoy” very quickly just after the later part of the delivery window. No automatic lateness update from restaurant until I requested an update text. Overall, very disappointed.
