Monday 07 October 2024the portion sizes are tiny !, ordered a "medium" cookie dough and it was so tiny !!!! milkshake had a straw which was too small so you couldn't use it .

Thanks for your feedback Viktoria. We do use the universal medium trays, would suggest maybe upgrading to a large next time. Also the straws are paper now so not much we can do about this as we would love to send you the old plastic ones but can't anymore unfortunately 😕

Friday 20 September 2024worst milkshake I have ever ordered, no flavour just taste like vanilla ice cream. I ordered one chocolate one and my son even asked if it what banana flavour because it wasn't even brown. do not recommend at all
