Our driver arrived at your address and made several attempts to contact you via phone with no response. The driver also rang the doorbell (Ring Video Bell), and a large individual came to collect the food. Afterward, the driver went back to the vehicle, but as soon as they reached it, they received a call asking them to return. A different person answered the door at that point and asked where the food was. The driver explained that the food had been collected by the large individual, and the second person confirmed that everything was fine. When the driver returned to the shop, we received multiple calls from your side stating that the food had not been delivered. We advised that the food had been delivered to the correct address and door number, as confirmed by the second person. We completely understand the frustration, and we’re more than happy to look further into this to resolve any misunderstandings. If you could please provide us with any additional details or a preferred way for us to assist you, we’ll do everything we can to ensure this is sorted. We always strive to ensure our food is delivered fresh and properly packed. All our hot food is placed in a thermal hot bag before leaving the store, and we aim to complete deliveries within 45 minutes. However, with the current cold weather conditions (it’s -1°C outside), it’s possible the food may have cooled during delivery, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Thanks
