It has been 2 and a half hours and still not received my order and now not answering Had to say food was bad but don't know as I have not had it.
Didi´s Pizzas replied Unlucky for us And unknown to us 9 local shops decided to close last night Because it was Monday bank holiday which also happened to be Eid celebration Which resulted in huge amount of business which we could not coop with hence we could not answer the phone so we do not take any more orders Even the cashier had to do some delivery in order to catch up SORRY

Ordered at 19.05 its now 21:06.. over 2 hours for a couple of pizzas and a burger and food still not here! So can't comment on the food quality but it's probably gonna be cold. I will never order from here again!

It's been over 2 hours and still no food , it's ridiculous and I doubt I'll even get my order tonight
Didi´s Pizzas replied Got short of drivers we are actively trying to hire some more We placed a poster in our windows and in local shops and pubs as well as the job centre Also contacted jib agencies

Onion rings extremely overcooked, cheesy chips were also overcooked and didnt have a single bit of cheese on them. The pizza tasted really bland and the cheese hadnt cooked properly ontop, all tasted like frozen food to me.

Didi´s Pizzas replied You placed an order on a day where it was dual celebration bank holiday and Eid celebration where 9 shops in our area were closed the amount of business on Monday the 2nd of may No one could cool with no one could manage to please everyone It was the busiest day ever sorry Normally we can meet the demands but that Monday was exception

Always love the food from here. It is very great value. There was a slight mix up with the order, this mix up was solved quickly and professionally! Fantastic customer service!

Its as if the pizza had been cooked in a tank of oil. And then a soggy cold pizza with a mush that fell apart as soon as you touch the pizza. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. -.-

Frozen cheese pizza would have been better and hotter. Honestly not sure how this company is still going today. If it wasn’t for happys with same low standards they wouldn’t still be in business
