Tuesday 05 November 2024Ordered food at 6:27pm, was told the food would arrive between 7:20 - 7:40. Then had a message saying “enjoy your food”, when it still hadn’t arrived. Then they changed the time and said the order would be with me for 8:15. It didn’t arrive until 8:25 and when it did, it was all cold, the chips had gone soggy, nuggets were cold and hard. My partner went to the place to show them the food and ask for a full refund and they refused. So got them to remake it all. Wouldn’t order again.
