Obviously we are very disappointed with this feedback and can see from when your order was collected at shop the courier failed to tag this on their device and took 40 mins to deliver your order so understandably by this time the food will be cold! Please address these issues directly with JustEat as their service has been a let down. We are confident our produce is freshly cooked at hot when collected for delivery. Once again we are very sorry for the experience you have had with your order.
