The chicken is very dark and very dry as if it it old and there is no salt on chips and they are soggy

You ignored my phone calls and I’m a loyal customer use this shop all the time. You sent me the wrong order I spent 22.75 and waited for the wrong nasty food to come. I’m so upset as I’ve never had this service whoever is on the phones today needs to be removed! And the zinger burger is not even spicy and with watery ketchup not sweet chilli as your menu specifies. Not happy!
