No way to contact the food never arrived , I am very disappointed and very poor service

We made the order and was ready for collection however no driver turned up as there was no drivers in the area. Apologies. If you order with us again we’d love to send out a free item for you Thanks

I ordered at about 21:20 and the eta was 22:00 to 22:20 which is fine. I waited till that time nothing turned up, I thought maybe the order is late and kept waiting. It had then been over 2 hours and the eta was still 22:00 - 22:20? I then check back on the app about 5 minutes later again and it says the order’s been delivered despite the fact that the distance from the kitchen to my house is more than 5 minutes and the order required a code? Would recommend to avoid ordering from here.

The milkshake I ordered for £7 each was much smaller than expected. I received two cups, each the smallest size I've ever seen at a shop. The milkshake also had an unpleasant petrol-like flavor. Don’t get me started with the Waffle tasted like plastic could be plastic cause its sides were harder than the crust of a PIZZA!

Food arrived on time, but unfortunately, ordered 2 waffles and received only 1. How can one deal with this? Ordered for 2 persons and received half order? What kind of incompetents are working there? Can anyone in this shop read ? Not to mention that the waffle I received was not fresh. Judging by the look of it and taste, it was probably cooked the day before. First order from this joint and most definitely the last. Avoid!
