Saturday 18 January 2025I placed my order for delivery for at the latest 18:40. At 18:40, I checked for an update on just eat… my order said it had already been delivered. I then called dolphin restaurant @ 18:45… I asked why have you update my order status as delivered when I haven’t received it? I was told my order is still being prepared and will be out for delivery in the next 5-10 minutes. I’m requesting a FULL REFUND in this case. I have kids under 12 who I had to answer to constantly.

Friday 17 January 2025The pie was cold & felt part frozen. When we took out the wrap with chips in it, there was a hole a some of the chips fell out on the floor.
