Dear Just Eat/Domino’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed through Just Eat from Domino’s on Saturday evening. The order was originally scheduled for delivery between 7:35 PM and 7:55 PM, but it did not arrive until 10:20 PM—a delay of nearly three hours.
This delay is completely unacceptable. By the time the food arrived, I was already in bed, and the meal was rendered unnecessary and unsatisfactory. The experience not only disrupted my evening but also failed to meet the service standards I expect from such an established company.
Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a full refund for this order. I believe this is a fair resolution for the inconvenience caused.
I trust that you will address this issue promptly and ensure that such delays are prevented in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Saturday 30 November 2024Waited an hour, called to check on delivery time and they completely missed the receipt from just eat. Was told it would be 30 minutes, waited and called again (now 2 hours past) and told it was on its way. I haven’t received any food, no offer of any explanation, absolutely shocking!

delivery driver could not understand simple instructions - we had to go out and find the man - first time of ordering from droitwich and was sadly very disappointed
