Thursday 26 December 2024food arrived late and cold despite contacting the shop on more than one occasion while waiting. contacted shop after food eventually delivered was offered a refund that has not been received. very poor initial service and extremely poor customer service. at no point was an apology offered. the attitude was ' so what?'.
