Friday 06 December 2024We contacted dominos after waiting a very long time, to have our order turn up cold and items missing. Sometime later the missing items arrived but were also cold. The lady at domino’s apologised and offered us a refund to which I accepted. After waiting 10 days we called to find out where our refund was to be told it had been processed but not accepted ‘at the other end’ ? She re-raised the refund and told to wait another 10 days. Still no refund and can now not get through on the phone.
