Monday 23 December 2024I never received my order. Is very disappointing and frustrating. The only option the upp offer is to call the restaurant. The restaurant told me that they have sent it out with the driver. And there is nothing else they can do as just it is responsible for the safety of delivery. There is no option to contact the driver or just it directly. I spent £23 for accruing frustration and losing my time. Is not the first time when I am in this situation. Last time I sent an email to just it but no answer
