Thursday 02 January 2025Ordered for collection, was meant to be 20 mins & got a message to say it was ready, went to shop and had to wait an extra 20 mins as it wasn’t ready. They were extremely busy and told customers in the shop it would be 40/60 min wait times. When I got the food it was lovely, really warm and everything was right.

Friday 20 September 2024Food was over an hour late. When I rang up to ask about the food, I was told that there was a ‘glitch’ in the system and they didn’t get my order. However I didn’t have to repeat my order hence they definitely had received it. Was told on the phone the food would be out in 20 minutes, which as I’m writing this was half an hour ago. Still not received any food.
